Turnaround is 5-7 business days from when you submit your final choices.
Each session is unique. Depending on your needs, I also offer a full day session in The Wilds. Starting at $1500. A full day session is great for someone looking to create a lot of diverse content. Also great for musicians who want special imagery for soon to be released music.
Details for The Wilds:
If you are driving, just google map “Deer Mountain Inn” and you’ll find me.
If you are taking a train, book a ticket from Penn Station to Hudson and then take a taxi/uber to me (about 25-30 minutes.)
If you are taking a bus, you can take the Trailways line from Port Authority to either Palenville or Tannersville.
If you are interested in staying the night at the inn (check out the @deermountaininn instagram for feels) please let me know. All rooms are subject to availability. The all inclusive package would include a half day sessions, one night stay at Deer Mountain Inn and complimentary breakfast in the morning. Add on $150 to session price.
PAYMENT
A $250 deposit is required to hold your session. Sessions cancelled 7-14 days out will receive a full refund. Sessions cancelled 2-6 days out will be charged a 20% (of the full cost) cancellation fee. Sessions cancelled 24 hours from session will lose the deposit in full.
The remainder of the balance is due the day of the session and can be paid with cash or through venmo to emmapmead@gmail.com
Alternative Payment Options
I believe that art should be accessible to anyone. If you are having legitimate financial difficulty at the moment but feel passionately about working together I offer a few alternative payment plans that might work for you:
2 Month Payment Plan.
Split your payment into two payments of $400
Mini Session:
2 hours + 6 included final images for $400
Book with a friend.
You can split the cost and split the time and also get some great photos documenting your friendship.
Social Media Trade
If you have a large social media presence (around 10k and above) or if you have a strong network that you believe would be of benefit to my business I am open to discussing a trade.
Example: 2 hour session + 6 final images in exchange for one feed post and three story posts specifically promoting my work.
